Ownership
PRGRSS Store (herein PRGRSS) is owned and operated by PRGRSS STORE PTY LTD (ABN 27 638 761 065) and registered in Australia.
Sale Periods
PRGRSS reserves the right to go on sale at any time, without notice. Discounts on prices are only honoured during defined sale periods that remain at the company’s discretion. PRGRSS bears no obligation to refund the difference on any item purchased outside of a sale period.
Items purchased on FINAL SALE are ineligible for a return or exchange. PRGRSS strongly encourages unsure customers to contact us at orders@prgrssstore.com before placing an order. The above FINAL SALE policy does not impede on your consumer rights for incorrect or faulty items.
Pricing
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Australian dollars. All prices for purchases within Australia include 10% sales tax. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Availability
PRGRSS will endeavour to ensure that all stock levels on the website remain accurate and up-to-date. We cannot guarantee this, however, and some discrepancies may occur from time to time.
In the event that PRGRSS is unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you with an alternative option that may result in a full refund being issued.
Orders
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product information is listed on each individual product page and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Please note that no contract for the sale of any product will exist between PRGRSS and the customer until we accept your order by dispatching your product. Customers will be notified via email when this has taken place.
All prices listed on this website are correct at the time of entering. PRGRSS reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time.
If an order is not accepted for any reason, PRGRSS Store will send you an email telling you the reasons why.
PRGRSS accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Union Pay payments through Stripe and Apple Pay, as well as payments through Afterpay and PayPal.
Duties + Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rests with you, the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to PRGRSS in order to receive a refund.
If you are unaware of your local customs obligations, we recommend you contact your local customs office directly for more information prior to placing your order.
Excessive Returns
PRGRSS monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. In the event of continued returns, PRGRSS reserves the right to flag and potentially refuse returns at our discretion. PRGRSS also reserves the right to close customer accounts on this basis.
Cancelling an Order
Should you wish to cancel an order you have previously submitted, please contact orders@prgrssstore.com immediately. Whilst we will always try to facilitate cancellations, PRGRSS cannot guarantee that an order that has already been placed has not been processed. In the event that the order has already been processed and/or sent out, the regular returns policy will instead apply.

Unless otherwise indicated, PRGRSS owns all copyright of the material on this website. All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the website remain the property of their respective owners or are used with their express or implied permission.
